Google’s Chelsea office space in New York takes up an entire city block on 8th Avenue between 15th and 16th Streets. The building itself offers nearly 2.9 million square feet of usable office space, with Google taking up roughly a quarter of that. Over 3,000 employees. Multiple interior projects were phased and completed while the property remained fully occupied. Projects included office space construction, kitchen upgrades and new installations, large pantry installations through out and employee lounge construction. Large scale floor refinishing consisted of concrete slab grinding and burnishing to compliments the interior industrial design.
Waikiki Paulino has led the development and construction of large scale commercial real estate projects for investors since 1998. His extensive experience in multi-family, office and hotel high-rise development as well as retail, education and museum new construction and restoration facilitates deal negotiations for owners. He successfully helped owners reposition assets during the market crash in 2008 and during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Mr. Paulino’s analytical background in engineering combined with his tolerance for high stress, high profile management at a fast pace has proven to be a solid foundation for opportunity evaluation, investment control and project team leadership.
