CRE Construction Partners managed the pre-construction efforts at the Crescents at Largo Building ‘B’ in Largo, Maryland. This Senior Housing facility is close to FedEx Field. It features an 87,000 sq. ft. active adult community apartment complex with an innovative design.

The building includes ground-level parking garage and four residential floors. Construction involved a robust concrete podium and four levels of premium wood framing. Additionally, a steel skybridge on the third floor connects residents to interior amenities, while a rooftop space has been reserved for future enhancements.
